I’m Kiet Nguyen, founder of KN Fitness, a personal trainer and wellness coach in Redmond, Washington, dedicated to helping individuals build lasting strength, mobility, and confidence both inside and outside the gym.

With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, I’ve helped countless clients across the Seattle and Redmond area, from complete beginners to experienced athletes, reach their goals through personalized, results driven training programs that emphasize progress, not perfection. My coaching philosophy is built on patience, education, and purposeful movement, guiding each client to rediscover what their body is truly capable of.

At KN Fitness, fitness isn’t just about exercise; it’s about creating balance, confidence, and longevity. My inspiration & Motivation

My greatest motivation has always been my partner, family, and closest friends. They are the reason I choose to stay healthy, mobile, and active, not just for my own well-being, but so I can show up fully for them, especially in times of need. Whether it is lending a helping hand when they are unwell or simply being present for life’s everyday moments, I want to be the kind of strength they can always count on.

Since I was a child, I did not grow up surrounded by fitness experts or professional guidance. Everything I know today was self taught and earned through years of trial, experience, and persistence. That is why I understand what it feels like to start from zero, to feel lost, to doubt yourself, and to take that first uncertain step toward change. And it is also why I believe that anyone, with the right support and mindset, can transform their life one step at a time.

Living in the Pacific Northwest deepens that purpose. Surrounded by endless trails, towering peaks, and the rhythm of the seasons, I am constantly reminded of the gift of movement and the beauty of being alive. Out here, every step is a chance to connect, to the land, to myself, and to the people I love most.

For me, fitness is not about perfection. It is about showing up for yourself and those you care about, learning, adapting, and growing stronger inside and out.
