This is a one-on-one, 50-minute in-person training session designed to give you hands-on guidance, real-time form correction, and the motivation you need to push through every rep. You’ll train directly with me as we work toward your goals with focused intensity and proper technique.

Each session also includes:

  • Access to my dedicated fitness app for continued support

  • Stretching and mobility routines

  • Daily check-ins to keep you accountable

  • Optional customized workout programs to follow outside of our sessions

  • Nutrition Guidance

Whether you're a beginner or looking to level up, this is a well-rounded option to build consistency, improve performance, and stay on track.

I continue to give ongoing support even after our sessions is over!

Partnership

This is a 50-minute in-person partner training session designed for two people who want to train together — whether it’s with a spouse, sibling, friend, or workout buddy. You’ll both get personalized coaching while sharing the motivation and energy of training side by side.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Getting started with KN Fitness is simple!

  1. Choose your desired package
    Browse the Services page and select the package that best fits your goals and schedule.

  2. Click on “Contact”
    You’ll find the Contact button at the top or bottom of the page.

  3. Enter your information

    • Fill in your first and last name

    • Add your email address

    • For the subject line, please use your name (example: John Doe – Trial Session)

  4. Write your message
    In the message box, include:

    • The package you’re interested in

    • Your phone number

    • Any preferred days or times for your session

  5. Wait for confirmation
    I’ll reach out to you via email or phone to confirm details and schedule your appointment or trial session.
