Q2. I’m a beginner. Can I still train with you?
Absolutely. Most of my clients start as beginners. My role is to guide you every step of the way — from learning form and movement patterns to building strength and consistency. You don’t need to be in shape to start — you just need to start.
Q3. What types of training do you offer?
I offer flexible options based on your lifestyle and goals:
Individual Training – One-on-one sessions built just for you.
Duo / Group Training – Train with a partner or small group for motivation and accountability.
Family Fitness – Fun, active sessions that bring parents and kids together.
Wellness Coaching – Lifestyle, habit, and nutrition guidance to complement your training.
Q4. Where do sessions take place?
All in-person sessions are held at a private two-floor gym fully equipped for strength and conditioning.
Online and in-home training options are also available upon request.
Q5. How long is each session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes, including warm-up, training, and cool-down. Every minute is intentional — designed to help you move efficiently, train effectively, and leave feeling accomplished.
Q6. Do I need to complete an assessment first?
Yes. All new clients start with a 45-minute assessment to evaluate movement, strengths, and areas that may need improvement. This ensures your plan is personalized, safe, and effective.
Q7. How often should I train each week?
Most clients train 2–3 times per week, depending on their goals and schedule. I’ll help you build a plan that fits your life while keeping you consistent and progressing.

Q9. What if I need to reschedule or miss a session?
No problem — I understand life happens. I just ask for 24 hours’ notice for any reschedules so I can plan effectively and accommodate all clients.
